"Your Real Estate Consultants for Life" Robin and Steve Rosen have been selling residential real estate in Boca Raton and the surrounding areas since 1995. Licensed in 1977 in the state of Maryland, the Rosens bought, renovated and sold properties in the Washington, DC area. After buying a vacation home in Boca Raton in 1989, the Rosens fell in love with the area and relocated permanently with their two daughters in 1992. They affiliated with a large national real estate company, and later moved to Lang Realty, an upscale boutique brokerage, in January 2000 in order to better serve the detailed needs of their clients. Robin and Steve’s older daughter, Erica, joined The Rosen Team in 2004. Erica is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Advertising. After college she moved to New York City and worked as a Sales Representative for a major clothing label. The same listening skills and intuitive thinking she developed while working with department store buyers serves her well as she helps her real estate clients locate and select the best properties. Robin received an MBA in marketing from the University of Maryland, is a Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI) and has earned the Certified Residential Specialist® (CRS) designation. Steve is a trained negotiator. Robin and Steve have been coached by master trainer Floyd Wickman where Steve received the highly coveted Shining Star award. He has been a featured speaker at Floyd Wickman seminars. Steve has honed his selling, negotiating and intuitive skills by training with sales and marketing gurus Tom Hopkins, Gerald Ballinger, Rick DeLuca, Terry Hunefeld, and Joe Stumpf. The Rosen Team specializes in luxury single family and country club communities in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach and the surrounding areas. Their focus is on creating long term relationships by giving their clients a level of service not typically seen in the real estate business.
