WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO CLOSING
(1) Whether it be a purchase or refinance, the Buyer needs to bring Buyer’s funds for closing as referenced on the Closing Statement generated for the transaction. These funds must be brought to closing in the form of a CASHIER’S CHECK drawn on a LOCAL FLORIDA bank made payable to Princeton Title & Escrow, LLC. Alternatively, the Buyer can effectuate a wire transfer utilizing our company’s wire transfer instructions, which are available upon request.
(2) Valid photo identification. Such identification can be in the form of a state issued driver’s license, passport or state issued ID card.
(3) If the property being sold is the seller’s primary residence you will need to bring your spouse, if married.
(4) If you are moving into a condominium or a planned unit development that requires association approval, you will need to bring the original, executed certificate of approval so that it can be recorded along with the conveyance instrument(s) in the Public Records.
(5) Copies of all receipts relative to the repairs the seller performed to the property so that they can be delivered to the buyer accordingly.
(6) All house keys, garage and gate remote controls, transponders and the like for the property and associated common areas, as applicable.
